Sumatra
Sumatran coffee beans are some of the heaviest, smoothest, and most complex coffees in the world. Most of the coffees from Sumatra are dry-processed, but some are semi-washed. The majority of Sumatran coffee is marked Mandheling or Lintong and is grown inland from the southern coast. Sumatra coffee grown farther west is usually marked Gayo Mountain.
